Contract Access Use Amex Centurion Lounge

This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between American Express and the individual accessing and using the Amex Centurion Lounge (the “Patron”).

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. Access and Use: The Patron agrees to abide by the new rules and policies established by American Express for the access and use of the Amex Centurion Lounge. Failure to comply with the new rules may result in denial of access or expulsion from the lounge.

2. Behavior and Conduct: The Patron agrees to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner while in the Amex Centurion Lounge. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate expulsion from the lounge.

3. Compliance with Laws: The Patron agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while in the Amex Centurion Lounge, including but not limited to, laws governing alcohol consumption, smoking, and public decency.
